What a day at RithumLIVE London is actually worth

Reading Time: 2 minutes

The list of places a shopper might find you keeps getting longer, and it now runs from social feeds and creators to marketplaces in countries you have never sold into and AI assistants drawing up a shortlist before anyone reaches your site. Each one wants product data in its own shape, and each one needs its own pricing and stock calls behind it, so the work compounds with every channel you add.

RithumLIVE London runs on Wednesday 30 September at Convene 133 Houndsditch, under the theme Commerce Without Limits. Lou Keyes makes the case for it in the CEO kick-off, and much of the agenda after that is brand and retail operators describing what they changed this year and why.

An outside read on agentic commerce

Sucharita Kodali, VP and Principal Analyst at Forrester sorts the myths from the truths on agentic commerce with data on what has actually worked for retailers so far. Mausam Bhatt, Rithum’s Chief Product Officer, follows on where an AI-first platform goes from here.

Brands and retailers on decisions they have already made

Andreas Hönl, Commercial Director at ZEOS, runs a masterclass on selling across Europe from a single stock pool, using work with Marks & Spencer, NEXT and JACK1T. bol and De’Longhi have a joint session on scaling a brand into a new market, working from the idea that consumers no longer compare marketplaces. They compare experiences.

Rohil Kumar, Managing Director at Whispering Smith, sits on the brands panel alongside De’Longhi’s Francesco Lorini, going through where shoppers went this year and which pricing and channel calls followed. Darina Koning Admiraal of Viking Europe covers the same ground on the retailer side, from dropship data to agentic checkout. Both panels take questions from the room.

What to take back for 2027

Rithum’s Ellie Williams and Lou Camassa cover the combined roadmap for Commerce Operations and Commerce Intelligence, so clients hear what is coming and what has been prioritised for their own business. Rithum CMO Kim Miller then works through where 2027 growth actually comes from with Brandon Bichler, Partner at challenger consultancy Elixirr, including what separates real AI work from theatre and which moves are worth making before the new year.
