Retailer Initiated Promotions

 

This feature gives retailers the ability to lead promotional campaigns from start to finish. Instead of relying on suppliers to initiate offers, retailers can now create their own promotions—like “Labor Day Sale” or “Back to School”—and invite suppliers to opt in with eligible SKUs. ​

You stay in control of the promotion’s scope, timing, and rules, ensuring alignment with your business goals and seasonal strategies. Suppliers benefit from visibility into retailer-led campaigns and can choose to participate in the ones that make sense for their brand. ​

Importantly, this doesn’t replace supplier-initiated promotions—it complements them. Suppliers can still run their own campaigns independently, but now they also have the option to join retailer-led efforts.​

This structured, opt-in model fosters collaboration without complexity, and it’s designed to drive higher promotional volume and GMV during key sales periods. It’s a strategic shift that balances control with flexibility—and gives retailers the tools to run promotions their way.
