Lou Keyes
Chief Executive Officer
Lou is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience in technology and business process outsourcing. Lou is an innovator and catalyst for driving client satisfaction, transformation, and revenue growth, with an extensive background with public and private companies.
Keyes is known for his experience building and leading successful sales and client service teams to help clients achieve complex business objectives while seeing significant increases in both revenue growth and profitability. Prior to Rithum, Lou was the Chief Sales Officer at Conduent Inc. (Nasdaq: CNDT) where he led a comprehensive, successful transformation of its growth engine.
Caitlin Hauser
Chief Financial Officer
Caitlin Hauser is Chief Financial Officer at Rithum, bringing more than 20 years of experience as a finance and accounting leader across private equity-backed and public companies. She has deep expertise in financial stewardship, capital structure, and scaling global organizations, and partners closely with the business to drive efficiency and support strategic growth initiatives. She most recently served as Senior Vice President, Finance & Global Controller prior to becoming Chief Financial Officer in 2026. Caitlin holds a Masters in Accounting and is also a CPA in Texas, inactive status. Caitlin is based in Houston, Texas.
Suzin Wold
Chief Marketing Officer
Suzin brings a wealth of experience as the company’s CMO, having spent more than 25 years in marketing leadership roles at Sama, Bazaarvoice, and Qlik, and previously held key marketing roles at companies like Rackspace, PayPal, and Procter & Gamble. She is a data-driven modern marketer who champions cross-team collaboration to drive innovative campaigns and impactful results. Suzin is also the co-founder of Blackhawk Network, the gift card company.
Greg Banning
Chief Revenue Officer
Greg Banning is a senior revenue executive with more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise and commercial sales organizations across private equity-backed and public companies. He brings deep expertise in building high-performing go-to-market teams, scaling revenue operations, and driving profitable growth across SaaS and technology organizations. Greg has held senior leadership roles at companies including Adobe, Amazon, Capital One, SAP Concur, and TD SYNNEX, and most recently served as Vice President of Sales and Channels at Service Express. Greg is based in Tampa, Florida, where he lives with his wife and three children, and enjoys fitness, travel, and cooking.
Doug Wolfson
General Counsel and Secretary
Doug is responsible for providing legal direction and support for Rithum’s legal and business needs. Before joining Rithum, Doug served for ten years as in-house counsel to Infor, a multi-national software-as-a-service (SaaS) and on-premises enterprise software company with over 14,000 employees and operations in over 200 countries and territories. Prior to that, Doug was a transactional lawyer for six years at Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo PC, a full-service Boston law firm where he represented companies and investors in corporate finance, M&A and securities transactions, and a wide array of general corporate matters. After graduating from Boston College Law School, Doug served as a law clerk to the Hon. Justice Neil Lynch at the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Doug enjoys skiing and snowboarding, live music and has an unhealthy interest in Boston sports teams.
Janay Jespersen
Chief Human Resources Officer
As Chief Human Resources Officer at Rithum, Janay leads the global People function, driving organizational excellence and cultivating high-performing, purpose-driven teams. With over two decades of strategic HR leadership in high-growth technology companies, she specializes in building scalable people programs and transformative talent strategies that accelerate business success. Prior to joining Rithum, Janay served as Vice President of People Strategy at Dsco. She holds a degree from Westminster College and maintains a passion for continuous learning and holistic wellness through yoga, running and the arts.
Ali Irturk
Chief Technology Officer
Ali leads the company’s technology organization. Before joining Rithum, Irturk spent 20 years as a technology leader at several top venture-capital-backed SaaS companies, including WorkBoard, Alice Technologies and Cognex. His philosophy for managing effective technology organizations focuses on helping teams master their skills, fostering autonomy and creating a collaborative environment. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and an MBA, and is based in Menlo Park, California.
Blaine Nielsen
President, Retailers
Blaine serves as President, Retail at Rithum. He is passionate about e-commerce and has been solving industry problems for over 25 years with startups like Dsco, LeoInsights and Doba, alongside positions at CommerceHub and Dell. Blaine loves to win for customers and enjoys creating solutions with his team. Blaine enjoys the outdoors, basketball and attending his kids’ activities.
Sean Meeks
President, Brands
Sean Meeks is the President, Brands at Rithum, bringing deep expertise in enterprise SaaS, revenue strategy, sales, and customer success. With leadership experience at SBI, Workday, and Hewlett Packard, he has a proven track record of driving sustainable growth, optimizing go-to-market strategies, and building high-performing teams. A passionate leader and problem solver, Sean thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to fostering innovation. Sean holds a B.S. in Engineering and resides in Northern California.
