ChannelAdvisor Fulfillment Services

The ChannelAdvisor Fulfillment Services functionality enables the routing of orders to specifically defined vendor or warehouse locations (called “Fulfilment Endpoints” in the SOW). The ChannelAdvisor Fulfillment Services collect orders from the Fulfilment Endpoint(s) specified in the SOW. Orders are routed using rules and definitions provided by Customer, subject to certain limitations of the Service. When the Fulfilment Endpoint has filled the order and provided electronic confirmation of such to the Service, the ChannelAdvisor Platform will display a shipment confirmation to Customer, including the carrier and tracking number. The ChannelAdvisor Fulfillment Services are provided as a Self-Service offering only.

Dependencies: Customer must provide product data to ChannelAdvisor using a data feed, API or the user interface in order to use the ChannelAdvisor Fulfillment Services. Customer is responsible for the setup and maintenance of its accounts with each fulfillment partner. Customer also must provide ChannelAdvisor with access to each fulfillment partner account that will be managed using ChannelAdvisor.

Limitations: ChannelAdvisor Fulfillment Services supports quantities of up to 350,000 Customer SKUs.

Fees: Unless otherwise noted in the applicable Statement of Work, fees for ChannelAdvisor Fulfillment Services are charged based upon the number and type of Fulfilment Endpoints. Upfront Fees, Startup Fees, Setup Fees, Launch Fees, and/or additional fees may also apply, as stated in the SOW.
