The Basics
This acceptable use policy (this “AUP”) describes a list of acceptable and unacceptable conduct when using our Services. In addition to the list below, we ask that you not misuse or abuse the Services and use good judgment. If we believe there has been a violation of this AUP or if your behavior is inconsistent with the general principles on which this AUP is premised, we may, without limiting any of our other rights, suspend or terminate your access to the Services or remove certain Customer Data. This AUP may change from time-to-time, so we encourage you to return to this AUP regularly for updates. Each capitalized term used below but not defined in this AUP has the meaning given to it in the Terms of Service.
When Using the Services, You Must:
- Comply with the Terms, including this AUP
- Comply with applicable law
- Keep Credentials and other login information confidential and control the activity conducted through your account
- Promptly notify us if you become aware of or suspect any illegal or unauthorized activity or a security breach involving your Credentials or your Inventory Owner’s use of the Services
When Using the Services, You Must Not:
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable law, including, without limitation, laws relating to intellectual property, privacy, security and import/export laws
- Share or provide access to your account (including by sharing your log-in Credentials with others)
- Introduce to the Services any viruses, bots, harmful code, malware or other items of a destructive or deceptive nature
- Attempt to reverse engineer or otherwise discover the source code, object code or underlying structure, schema, ideas or algorithms that make up the Services (except where applicable law prohibits such a restriction)
- Create derivative works or lease, license, rent, resell, assign, distribute, timeshare or act as a service bureau with respect to any portion of the Services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or to defeat, remove, deactivate, or otherwise try to circumvent any software protection or monitoring mechanisms of the Services (e.g. tracking tags)
- Use or refer to the Services to build a similar or competitive product or service or copy any ideas, features, functions, or graphics of the Services
- Attempt to disable or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Services or access or use the Services for purposes of load-testing, performance measurement or other similar activities
- Impersonate any person or entity, falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person, organization or entity or disguise your origin or the origin of any Customer Data
- Access the Services by any means other than our supported interfaces, using bots or other automated systems to engage our Services or otherwise threaten the integrity or security of the Services or our systems
- Use the Services to provide material support or resources (or to conceal or disguise the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support or resources) to any organization(s) designated by the United States government as a foreign terrorist organization pursuant to section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act or other laws and regulations concerning national security, defense or terrorism
- Authorize, permit, enable, induce or encourage anyone else to do any of the things prohibited by this AUP
