Rithum rolled out a slate of new product features in Q2 aimed at improving performance, control, and efficiency across the board. These launches give retailers more ways to improve operations and enforce standards without slowing down suppliers. And brands get faster access to high-impact sales channels and automation tools that remove friction from scaling.

Below, we break out the updates by audience, so you can go straight to what’s relevant for you.

For Retailers: Faster supplier management, smarter data, more control

Retailer Edit and Error Resolver

Catalog cleanup no longer depends on supplier response time. Retailer Edit lets retailers fix product info directly—no waiting. Fix color naming, titles, and other inconsistencies on the fly. Combine this with Error Resolver, which flags bad formatting or missing details before listings go live. The result is faster SKUs to site and better catalog accuracy.

Price Change Requests

Suppliers now submit pricing updates through a centralized system. This tool removes messy email threads and supports bulk price changes efficiently. Plus, we’ve added smart automation, what we call “guardrails,” so you can automatically reject any requests that don’t align with your pricing policies as well as automatically accept requests if they meet your standards.

Promotions

With Rithum’s Promotions feature, suppliers can submit their own discount campaigns, but only within parameters you control. Set rules once, then let the system handle approvals and execution. Suppliers get speed. You keep oversight.

Rithum’s promotions help suppliers grow their business through self-serve tools—while also driving more conversions for your brand.

Data Extracts

Retailers with in-house analytics teams can now access raw files with deeper performance data. This data supplements first-party data and fills in gaps that internal systems may miss. One retailer used them to uncover blind spots in 25% of its dropship business.

Unified Insights

Unified Insights provides performance scorecards for each supplier. Both parties see the same data, which makes it easier to spot problems and resolve them. Metrics include ship times, order accuracy, and fulfillment speed.

For Brands: Channel Expansion, AI Automation, and Faster Delivery

Price Protection

Imagine accidentally pricing a product at one cent instead of $25. Orders flood in by the thousands, systems scramble to keep up, and your team is forced to cancel everything. Situations like this can damage both revenue and reputation—and they’re more common than you’d think. Rithum’s new Price Protection feature helps prevent costly pricing mistakes before they reach the customer. It automatically blocks errors to avoid cancellations, marketplace penalties, and fulfillment at a loss.

Rithum’s solution is built for speed and control, quickly flagging pricing problems before they are sent to the channel. This native safeguard reduces manual work and keeps errors from slipping through. Brands can scale to new channels and product lines knowing protections are already in place.

Walmart Integration Upgrades

Rithum’s status as a preferred Walmart integration partner gives brands access to more tools and reach. New updates include:

  • Multichannel fulfillment for store pickup and delivery
  • Walmart Review Accelerator to increase product reviews
  • Lower-cost shipping through Walmart’s carrier network

TikTok Shop Enablement

Rithum helps brands launch on TikTok Shop without changing their backend systems. Real-time inventory sync and sales data are built in. One seller saw a 250% jump in sales within a single month of going live.

Fast Last Mile: DoorDash and Instacart

Rithum’s Fast Last Mile program integrates with DoorDash and Instacart to offer same-day delivery without building new infrastructure. One brand saved $400,000 by avoiding custom dev work and inventory errors on these platforms.

AI Magic Mapper

This AI-driven tool automates product mapping—especially for large, complex catalogs. It’s tailored for marketplaces like Amazon and Zalando and best suited for brands with deep SKU counts. AI Magic Mapper cuts down the time and manual effort required to get products listed accurately.

Advisor

Advisor is a recommendation engine built into the platform. It analyzes data and suggests actions to grow GMV, fix listing issues, and improve performance. In early usage, it helped brands generate over $50 million in sales.

These Q2 launches reflect Rithum’s focus on simplifying complexity while improving performance. Whether you’re a retailer trying to reduce manual work or a brand looking to scale with less overhead, these tools are built to make execution faster and smarter.
